Whether your canvas is damaged or simply not your style, we allow returns within 7 days for either a full refund.
Our vendors use the most advanced printing equipment and materials in order to provide great products, therefore, most of our products are considered of archival quality.
Customers may ask order cancelation within 24 hours after the order is placed.
In case of a defective product is received, we ask you to contact us within 7 days after the order is received providing your name, the order number and a photo of the material received so we may assist accordingly.
We do not receive returns as all products are custom made and we have no way to reuse it, but we may reprint if the product received is defective and send to the customer again.
Once we receive the message, we'll shoot you an email notifying you of the refund/credit status.
